We are looking for a highly skilled Oil and Gas Project Administrator to join our team at Kintec Search, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project administration, interface management, and oil and gas industry experience.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and coordinating interface registers, supporting the Interface Division Manager and Head of Interface(s) for coordination and follow-up of interface activities, and preparing weekly and monthly reports.

  • Coordinate with Information Management team for document transfer through QG Share drive & LAN folder links.
  • Ensure RLIC Technical Package submission documents through the QatarEnergy portal via eFSM Link.

Responsibilities

The Oil and Gas Project Administrator will be accountable for:

  1. Supporting EPC Contractors, PMT, and Operations Interface team for interface management software related queries/resolution.
  2. Maintaining project interface registers and tracking and follow-up of Operations/Third Parties comments/resolution.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Science or Commerce.
  • Minimum 10 years work experience in the Oil and Gas industry with Projects.
