Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to drive revenue and profitability across Electronics, Pharmacy, Flowers, and Lifestyle Beauty categories.Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors, ensuring a diverse and high-quality product assortment.Stay abreast of market trends and evolving customer preferences to identify opportunities for expanding our product portfolio within each category.Pricing and promotional strategies will be implemented to maximize revenue and profitability, with performance metrics monitored and data-driven decisions made to drive business outcomes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of marketplace initiatives.Lead and mentor a team of Category Managers and Analysts, driving professional development and achieving departmental goals.Regular performance reviews and deep analysis of category performance will be conducted, with areas for improvement identified and corrective actions taken as needed.Spearhead the 1PL strategy, leading the end-to-end merchandising and purchasing functions to ensure cost efficiency and optimize inventory days.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards across all product categories, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and trust.
