Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Data Analytics Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading technical discussions with customers, leveraging processes and tools, demos, and programs to understand customer needs and demonstrate how Microsoft solutions can address them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Strategy: Map the agreed customer vision into a strategy, resolve concerns, prevent and remove technical blockers, and validate a strong business case for investment.
  • Technical Assessments: Create a map of the current landscape and build the technical migration and modernization plans, thus building a solid business case.
  • Solution Design: Design the solution using technical knowledge, architectural approach, consultancy skills, and our methodology to win a customer's technical decision and meet their needs.
  • Proof of Concepts: Drive POCs/pilots to create momentum for MVPs, infusing key AI technologies where appropriate, and being technically proficient to conduct and complete a POC with hands-on skills.
  • Customer Engagement: Identify new opportunities within customer engagement, be the trusted advisor, and use proactive effort to find and understand customer pain points and design and offer solutions (with business case) to technical leaders.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate and share with the Data & AI technical community, maintain and grow expertise in Data Modernization, Analytics & Data warehousing scenarios, and AI technologies.
  • Partner Engagement: Scale through partners, acting as liaison between the partner and account team, and facilitating partner resources and processes.
Qualifications
  • Required Qualifications: 6 years of technical presales or technical consulting experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Azure Certifications, Competitive Landscape knowledge, Partners experience, and Experience creating NoSQL and Analytics Proof of Concepts (PoC)/Pilots for customers.
