Business Analyst Job Description

Ooredoo Doha seeks a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our OTT platform, you will be responsible for executing test cases, analyzing user data, and identifying key performance indicators to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Case Execution: Validate the functionality of OTT applications, including user interfaces, video playback, content management, and user authentication.
  • User Data Analysis: Collect and analyze user data, viewer behavior, and market trends to gain insights into user preferences and content consumption patterns.
  • Performance Metrics: Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards and reports to track and report on OTT platform performance.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to assess the competitive landscape and industry trends in the OTT space.
  • Emerging Technologies: Evaluate emerging technologies, platforms, and services to identify potential opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Content Analysis: Collaborate with content acquisition teams to analyze the performance of existing content libraries.
  • Data-Driven Recommendations: Provide data-driven recommendations for content acquisition, licensing, and content development strategies.
  • User Experience: Analyze user feedback and behavior to improve the user experience on OTT platforms.
  • Revenue Streams: Monitor and analyze revenue streams, including subscriptions, advertising, and partnerships.
  • Business Planning: Assist in the development of business plans, financial models, and forecasts for the OTT business.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business analysis principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
