Key Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate Technical Documentation: Assess technical documentation issued by airworthiness authorities, aircraft manufacturers, and vendors to evaluate its application and impact on fleet airworthiness, aircraft reliability, maintainability, and safety.
  2. Recommend Changes to CAME: Suggest changes to the Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition to maintain regulatory compliance and improve department efficiency.
  3. Update Maintenance Tracking System: Update the maintenance tracking system with new or amended AMPs to ensure all requirements are fully complied with.
  4. Analyze Inspection Program and Reliability Data: Analyze inspection program and reliability data to propose changes to improve effectiveness.
  5. Prepare Weekly Maintenance Forecast: Prepare the weekly maintenance forecast and propose maintenance events in accordance with inspection program requirements and fleet optimization.
  6. Verify Open Deferred Items: Verify open deferred items in the fleet, review with management, and arrange for their correction with maintenance providers in a timely manner and minimizing operational impact.
  7. Propose Long-Term Fleet Maintenance Plan: Propose a long-term fleet maintenance plan to comply with approved maintenance program requirements and optimize fleet utilization.
  8. Review Service Bulletins and Modifications: Review service bulletins and modifications issued by manufacturers, vendors, or Part 21 organizations to evaluate their applicability and cost/benefit to the fleet.
  9. Control Work Order Request and Task Card Issuing: Control the work order request or task card issuing to Part 145 contractors to ensure compliance with required maintenance.
  10. Provide Technical Assistance: Provide technical assistance to Part 145 contracted maintenance organizations and follow up on progress of maintenance work orders to comply with required maintenance standards.
  11. Control ARC and CMR Renewal Process: Control the airworthiness review certificate or certificate of maintenance requirement renewal process, taking necessary actions for successful certification, to safeguard fleet airworthiness.
Requirements
  1. We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our team.
  2. Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 6 years of job-related experience.
  3. Experience in Aircraft Maintenance or Planning in an EASA Part M or Part 145 Organization.
  4. Experience working with a maintenance tracking system.
  5. Experience in QCAA, EASA, FAA, and Transport Canada regulation.
  6. Experience in MS Office.
