We are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to join our team at QatarEnergy. As a key member of our commercial operations department, you will be responsible for origination, marketing, and sales of polymer products representing the front face of QatarEnergy to global clients.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years of professional work experience in Polymers marketing, sales management, customer relationship management, and managing commercial operations. A strong understanding of product value chain and areas in commercial agreements where further value can be extracted and where value must be protected is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Originate new clients and/or markets through effective marketing and sales strategies.
- Negotiate and implement commercial agreements with clients.
- Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of principles, policies, procedures, and internal processes pertaining to sales and marketing planning activities.
A bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce or Engineering (with relevant experience in marketing and sales) is required. Excellent negotiation skills and a strong ability to conclude deals with clients are essential for success in this role.
