Infrastructure Project Lead Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

CSC Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's busy infrastructure department as a key member of their team.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity involves working on major marine and other infrastructure projects, with a focus on pre and post contract cost management. As the role grows, you will be expected to manage a team, providing leadership and guidance to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements- We are looking for a qualified candidate who holds at least a degree-level qualification and preferably chartered or working towards chartership by RICS.
- Major infrastructure project experience is highly desirable, particularly in a pre and post contract quantity surveying capacity.
- Able to work effectively both as part of a team and independently, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of FIDIC and at least 10 years of relevant work experience.
