Machinist Job Description

At شركة Mannai, we are seeking a highly skilled Machinist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a variety of CNC and manual engineering machinery to produce precision parts and components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate CNC and Manual Machinery: The Machinist will operate a range of CNC and manual engineering machinery, including lathes, grinders, milling machines, drilling machines, power saws, boring machines, shapers, and presses.
  • Measure and Inspect Components: The Machinist will use precision measuring instruments such as Micrometers, Vernier Calipers, Gauges, Dial Indicators, and Thickness Gauges to ensure components meet stringent accuracy requirements.
  • Interpret Engineering Drawings: The Machinist will interpret detailed engineering drawings and sketches to manufacture parts and components, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
  • Fabrication and Assembly: The Machinist will apply extensive experience in fabrication, assembly, repair, and maintenance of metal components using all workshop machine tools.
  • API Threading and Machining: The Machinist will specialize in the repair and service of API threading connections, machining of various mandrels, and manufacturing API 6A/16A products like valves, flanges, cross-overs, adapters, spools, etc.
  • Quality Control: The Machinist will proactively identify and resolve machining issues, such as tool breakage, material defects, or programming errors, to maintain continuous production flow and quality.
  • Collaboration: The Machinist will collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to optimize machining processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
