Job Overview

Ahlihospital is seeking a Clinical Nutrition Assistant to join our dietary services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality nutrition services to patients.

Your primary responsibilities will include communicating effectively with clinical dietitians, diet technicians, and kitchen personnel to ensure seamless coordination of menu production and nourishment planning. You will also be expected to prepare purchase requests, help deliver items from stores to the kitchen/ dietary office, and type write-ins on menus into the computer.

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 2-3 years of previous experience in a related field, such as dietetics or healthcare. A High School Diploma in Biology, food technology, dietetics, health care or any related field is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with clinical dietitians, diet technicians, and kitchen personnel
