We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Ali Bin Ali. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactive Solutioning: Proactively scope the enterprise solution required to address customer requirements, assessed customers' met and unmet needs, and recommend solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the company.
  • Client Engagement: Attend client meetings, coordinate among relevant suppliers, and prepare technical and commercial submittals and pre-qualification documents.
  • Sales Growth: Meet assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or teams supported.
  • Business Development: Continuously engage with business development opportunities within customers, suppliers, and among sales teams, collaborate with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively and efficiently tracked, progressed, and converted into sales revenue.
Requirements:
  • Education: Computer Science/IT/Engineering graduate with 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Valid ICT certifications in Computing, IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Cyber Security, etc.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Qatar driving license and own vehicle are an added advantage.
