As a key member of the Front Office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring that their stay with us is nothing short of unforgettable. You will also play a key role in VIP procedures and ensure that all guests are satisfied with their stay through follow-ups and providing the highest level of service while adhering to all MGallery standards.

Responsibilities
  1. To assist the Front Office team with all reception-related tasks while focusing on personalized service to the guests.
  2. Playing a key role in VIP procedures and ensuring that all guests are satisfied with their stay through follow-ups and providing the highest level of service while adhering to all MGallery standards.
  3. Providing exceptional customer service and handling guest requests either in person, via phone or by email, always using MGallery etiquettes and standards.
