Job Description:

The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with high-value restaurant and cafe partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • ACT AS A SENIOR BUSINESS CONSULTANT, DRIVING GROWTH THROUGH STRATEGIC INITIATIVES AND EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION.
  • Lead and manage a team of Account Managers, providing guidance and support.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH DECISION-MAKERS.
  • Organize and participate in partner meetings, lunches, and events.
  • Represent Snoonu in official channels and at events.

Requirements:

  • Strong business acumen and knowledge.
  • EXCELLENT NEGOTIATION AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Affinity for data analysis and presentation.
  • Understanding of marketing trends and campaign design.
