Senior Architectural Engineer

Key Qualifications:
Hold a degree in Architectural Engineering, with a Master's degree being a plus.
Experience:
At least 15 years of experience in detailed Architectural Engineering for Offshore Projects, with more than 6 years in a supervisory role in the execution of EPIC projects, especially during the engineering and procurement phases. Experience of working in the Middle East and Qatar is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing Living Quarters, Technical E&I Building / Control Room, and machinery space, including general arrangement in line with Project Specification and National Regulations. Additionally, they should have first-hand experience in Offshore accommodation platforms and marine shipping. The candidate will be responsible for developing Design Philosophy and Functional Specification, as well as Purchase Specification. They will also manage 3D Model Review of Living Quarters and Technical Building. Experience in preparing Architectural Schedule (doors, windows, etc.) and Bill of Materials is required. Familiarity with International Codes and Standards, and Shell DEPs is essential.
Additional Skills:
Ability to promote cost-effective solutions; participation in offshore Architectural working methods and standards, and Continuous Improvement programs.
Computer Literacy:
Proficient in the use of PC and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Software Skills:
Skilled in the use of software such as Autodesk Revit, Navis Works, Rhino, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, STAAD-Pro.
