Project QHSSE Compliance Officer

We are seeking a Project QHSSE Compliance Officer to join our team at Roll Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of QHSSE compliance procedures and protocols, with experience in coordinating and monitoring the implementation and compliance of QHSSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves managing, monitoring, reviewing, updating, implementing, and reporting on all QHSSE aspects on the project(s), as well as driving QHSSE improvement initiatives. The candidate will also be responsible for providing consultancy support to project staff, ensuring that required training needs are identified and addressed, and collaborating with site project teams to develop corrective and preventive actions.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze trends and identify areas for improvement. They will also be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing, and have GCC experience.

Requirements

An intermediate vocational education in safety and security management or equivalent, with 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar position, is essential. The candidate will also need to have practical mindset with growth potential, willingness to travel abroad, and interest and knowledge in sustainability.
