The Senior Economic Analyst role at QatarEnergy offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the advancement of our economic modelling capabilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and building complex economic models to evaluate risks and profitability across our upstream and downstream operations.

About the Job

Responsibilities
  • Design and build complex economic models for Upstream E&P, Downstream, and LNG assets or projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of economic analysis.
  • Develop and interpret data in highly technical and confidential analysis.
Requirements

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in petroleum economic evaluation.
  • Strong knowledge of economic modelling principles and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
