About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires a high degree of expertise in mergers and acquisitions transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial analysis and valuation advice to support the development and execution of transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement complex financial models to support transaction valuations
  • Provide expert advice to senior management on M&A valuations and related matters
  • Support the development and execution of M&A transactions, including due diligence and deal negotiation
  • Conduct financial analysis and risk assessment to identify potential opportunities and challenges
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external financial advisors and consultants
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of valuation processes and methodologies
  • Develop and mentor junior team members in areas of expertise
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in M&A transactions, with at least 5 years of specialized experience
  • Strong expertise in financial analysis, valuation, and risk assessment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred)
