We are seeking a highly skilled WordPress developer to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. As a WordPress developer, you will be responsible for enhancing the user experience, functionality, and performance of our website.

Key Responsibilities
  • Website Enhancement: Identify areas for improvement on our website and propose and implement enhancements to improve user experience, functionality, and overall performance.
  • Custom Feature Development: Develop custom features and functionalities using coding languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP to meet the specific needs and requirements of our website.
  • Plugin Integration: Research, select, and integrate new WordPress plugins as needed to add new features or enhance existing ones, ensuring compatibility and performance.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize our website for speed, performance, and scalability by implementing caching mechanisms, optimizing images and scripts, and minimizing server response times.
  • User Interface (UI) & User Experience (UX) Design
  • SEO Enhancement: Implement advanced SEO techniques and strategies to improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and enhance overall visibility of our website.
  • Mobile Optimization: Ensure our website is fully optimized for mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets, by implementing responsive design principles and mobile-specific optimizations.
  • Security Enhancements: Enhance website security by implementing additional security measures such as two-factor authentication, HTTPS encryption, and regular security audits.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Set up and configure web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track and analyze website performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in WordPress development and web design, and proactively suggest innovative ideas and solutions for website improvement.
Requirements
  • Extensive Experience: Extensive experience in WordPress development, including theme and plugin customization, and custom feature development.
  • Strong Proficiency: Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, with a proven track record of developing custom solutions.
  • Excellent Understanding: Excellent understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience collaborating with design teams.
  • Deep Knowledge: Deep knowledge of SEO best practices and techniques for improving website visibility and ranking.
  • Experience Optimizing: Experience optimizing websites for performance, including mobile optimization and page speed optimization.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and debug technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven Ability: Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, and additional certifications or training in WordPress development or web design.
