Urea Technologist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Urea Technologist at MatchaTalent. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and excellence in the petrochemical sector.

• Develop and implement research and development programs to improve processes and commercial technologies.
• Lead the development of new process technology and its implementation in commercial plants.
• Provide technical support to commercial plants for shutdown, turnover, and recommissioning.
• Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis to drive problem resolution.
• Support growth projects and provide expertise in energy optimization and pinch studies.

• A Master's or PhD degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in technology development, plant support, modeling, and optimization.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse disciplines and cultures.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and planning abilities.
