About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Process Simulation and Modeling expert, where you will play a key role in optimizing refinery processes and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process simulation models to analyze refinery processes and optimize their performance.
  • Lead improvement initiatives for all operating departments within our Global Manufacturing Portfolio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvements and propose modifications or optimizations to increase efficiency, reduce costs, or meet regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct feasibility studies for performance improvement to increase yields and operational efficiency.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to operating facilities, Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams through consulting awareness sessions and participation in technical exchanges and conferences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with Process Simulation and Modeling technologies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in process engineering and flowsheet-based processes simulation.
  • Comprehensive understanding of refinery facilities, feedstock/product movements, margins, giveaways, process yields, and mass and energy balances.
  • Familiarity with international standards and specifications for advanced process control and process modeling.
  • Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills in the field of advanced process solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage technical discussions and guide technical teams.
