Requirements
  • Proven experience as a technical lead or director in a Java development environment.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of Java and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with development teams, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to provide technical guidance and oversight to development teams.
  • Experience with incident management and problem-solving.
