Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the financial data.
  • Prepare financial reports, charts, and graphs to present findings to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of financial models and tools to support business decision-making.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and ensure accurate and timely reporting, providing management with ProjectWise Cost Analysis and comparison against budgets.
  • Identify ways to control costs while maintaining high-quality work standards, and prepare Commercial Proposals on a project-by-project basis for Tenders and RFQs to clients.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to management to monitor the status of our financials, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Assist in ICV Certification, Year-end Audit, and all other Reporting tasks as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ProjectWise.
