Job Description:

The Security Officer - CCTV Monitoring will be responsible for monitoring CCTV and alarms within a residential building. This includes monitoring all entrances and car park areas, ensuring data protection according to international guidelines, and liaising with our CCTV service provider for repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor CCTV and alarms within the residential building.
  2. Monitor building through all entrances and car park area.
  3. Ensure all data is protected according to international data protection guidelines.
  4. Liaise with our CCTV service provider to arrange call out for engineers/fault repairs.
  5. Answer and resolve all other calls in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
  6. Liaise with other departments to achieve the highest standards of customer service or tenant-related issues.
  7. Write and submit incident reports to property manager and other required external agencies.

Requirements:

  1. Preference will be given to candidates currently based in Qatar.
  2. Minimum 2 years in the same position.
  3. Natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service.
  4. Good command of the English language.
  5. Able to work under pressure, in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging work environment.
