**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Maintain Accurate Records**: Assist in the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, including accounts payable, invoices, purchase orders, and petty cash.
  • **Process Financial Transactions**: Process cheques, maintain filing and invoice monitoring systems, and audit petty cash to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • **General Ledger Management**: Prepare, maintain, and manage general ledger accounting to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
  • **Bank Reconciliation**: Perform reconciliation of banking transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
