Job Description

The Staff Augmentation Leader will provide leadership and strategic direction for the Staff Augmentation practice. This includes envisioning and formulating strategies to create a robust opportunity pipeline, developing selling, influencing, presenting, and proposing staff augmentation solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Forecasting, budgeting, and managing revenue recognition and cash flow related to recruitment and workforce planning.
  • Organizing and managing teams for engagements.
  • Determining the structure and substance of deliverables.
  • Assisting the Business Unit Head in developing and implementing Staff Augmentation activities.
  • Ensuring optimal resource utilization in all projects concerning the practice.
  • Signing off on financial MIS reports in accordance with estimates and checking for seepage of revenue.
  • Monitoring labor legislation and implementing required changes to keep the process compliant.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact, liaison, and escalation for staff augmentation inquiries from Sourcing, Hiring Managers, Contingent Workforce, and Internal Team.
  • Reviewing and providing comments on progress reports, work plans, and other documents to ensure compliance with company standards and contract requirements.
  • Identifying and sharing resource requests with recruitment coordinators and supervising and overseeing the hiring and induction process of new resources.
  • Partnering with business leaders and recommending how to best source and deploy staff augmentation resources, creating staff augmentation recruitment strategies, and sustainable processes.
  • Facilitating succession planning for critical roles.
  • Supporting leadership and functional capability building initiatives through training as per organization's guidelines.
  • Performance Management.
