We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Audi Sport & Exclusive Business Development Specialist. This role will be based in our Dubai office, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic planning of Audi Exclusive and Audi Sport models for the Near & Middle East region in conjunction with future development plans.
  2. Steering dedicated Audi Sport / Exclusive budgets & KPIs.
  3. Annual target agreement process with Audi Sport GmbH / Audi AG and Audi Middle East.
  4. Market-specific volume planning for Audi Sport models in cooperation with the Regional Sales Managers & Sales Operations team.
  5. Steering of Audi Sport / Audi Exclusive bespoke projects & editions including Motorsport opportunities with Audi Middle East Marketing department.
  6. Dealer & customer steering, including frequent market visits and representation of Audi Middle East.
  7. Market analysis and exploitation of market potentials.
  8. Dealer support & Customer consultation for high-profile and VIP / Royal customers along with special events & communities.
  9. Feasibility of orders & specification requests.
  10. Coaching and consulting of Dealer Management & consultants on related topics.
  11. Management and communication of Audi Exclusive offers to the markets & customers.
  12. Responsibility of order status with Audi Sport GmbH to ensure effective delivery timelines.
  13. Support to Product & Price team for strategic pricing of Audi Sport models.
  14. Co-steering with Marketing department of dedicated Audi Sport / Audi Exclusive marketing campaigns, experiential activities & dedicated budgets.
  15. Definition of packages & special editions in conjunction with Audi Exclusive.
