Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Operations Specialist to join our team at MiLaha. As a key member of our Asset Management department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between customers and our Asset Management department, communicating equipment issues, repair timelines, and customer concerns to the technical maintenance team.
  • Equipment Data Management: Handle telephone and personal inquiries from customers, and support the Planning & Technical teams in managing equipment data, including problems, running hours, and work completion details.
  • Maintenance Planning: Prepare and follow-up on preventive and predictive maintenance plans to ensure equipment reliability.
  • Daily Operations: Conduct daily meetings with operations personnel, equipment owners, and technical maintenance teams to update work status reports and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Asset Reconciliation: Assist the Supervisor - Planning & Control in reconciling the Master Asset List.
  • Equipment Repair: Attend to calls regarding equipment breakdowns, inform relevant personnel, and arrange for service providers when necessary.
  • Customer Complaint Resolution: Work with Asset Management supervisors and managers to resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive ownership experience.
  • Repair Work Updates: Regularly follow up with foremen, supervisors, and technicians on ongoing repair works and update customers.
  • Job Card Management: Open job cards in the Oracle system with customer-provided details and hand over to maintenance supervisors, foremen, and technicians.
  • Progress Monitoring: Check on repair progress throughout the day, contact customers regarding changes in estimated or promised time, and obtain authorization for additional repairs.
  • Quotation and Approval: Prepare quotations and obtain necessary approvals in coordination with technical maintenance supervisors.
  • Warranty Claims: Assist workshop supervisors in processing warranty claims, completing required documents, and forwarding them to manufacturers/suppliers.
  • Closure of Work Orders: Close completed work orders in the Oracle system and process invoices for completed work.
  • Daily Equipment Status Report: Prepare daily equipment status reports for BU heads and relevant stakeholders.
  • Gauge Readings and Data Collection: Gather and monitor gauge readings from vehicles and equipment to collect data for PPMSC and trend analysis.
  • Load Tests Documentation: Publish load tests documentation for equipment on a monthly basis and monitor 3rd Party certifications for all equipment.
