Amentum Munitions Operations Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Munitions Operations professional to join our team at Amentum. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, inspection, testing, transportation, and maintenance of U.S. Air Force (USAF) munitions, as well as supporting resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to ensure the safe and efficient receipt, storage, inspection, testing, transportation, and maintenance of munitions and supporting resources.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain equipment to ensure it is in good working condition, including light vehicles, handling equipment, and metal strapping equipment.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and mentor staff members to ensure they are following proper procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Experience Required: Must have a minimum of four years of experience with USAF military munitions. Associate's degree in Munitions Management preferred.
  • Skills Required: Will be required to operate material handling equipment, possess a valid home country driver's license, and ability to obtain host nation driver's license.
  • Security Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a US Secret Security Clearance.
