Job Summary

As a Spa Therapist and Moroccan Hammam Specialist at Marriott Hotels, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage and body treatment services to our guests. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide massage services to guests using various techniques and products.
  • Offer body treatments, including scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy, to promote relaxation and rejuvenation.
  • Assess guest needs and ensure a safe and comfortable experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with current techniques and modalities in the field of massage and body treatments.
  • Escort guests to and from treatment rooms and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Promote and sell spa services, including retail offerings, to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive guest information with discretion.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in massage therapy or related field preferred.
  • Current licensure in massage therapy and/or body treatments, as required by regional regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical stamina to perform massage and body treatments, with the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 10 pounds.
