About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Cyber Security Incident Response team, you will play a critical role in identifying, responding to, and mitigating cyber threats to our global infrastructure.

This is a hands-on technical cyber security role that requires expertise in Security Operations Center and incident response, as well as experience in endpoint security, application security, network security, or cloud security.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in incident response, forensic analysis, and malware analysis, with experience in investigating security incidents and providing expert guidance to security teams.

You will be responsible for assisting and leading investigations in active security incident scenarios, providing expertise in triage, escalation, and response to potential security events and incidents, and participating in a rotating on-call schedule.

Additionally, you will be expected to proactively hunt threats in the environment, identify new risks, and develop methods to address them. You will also provide cyber incident response expertise, perform malware analysis and reverse engineering, and prepare written technical documentation and reports of findings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • 3 years of experience in incident response, forensic analysis, and/or malware analysis
  • Relevant certifications, such as SANS GIAC or ISC2
  • Experience with log management, SOAR, packet capture analysis, and host forensics and memory analysis tools
  • Expert knowledge of Defender for Endpoint and Servers
