We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Planner to join our team at lxbfYeaa. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day planning support to ensure the successful and timely delivery of all work within assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities

  1. To identify and analyze potential delays and propose corrective actions for the project;
  2. To review and analyze contractors' project scheduling and planning documents, verifying milestones in line with the project and elaborating defined KPIs;
  3. To perform critical path analysis of the support network schedule, variance analysis of critical paths, and produce planning deliverables such as S-curves, one-page dashboards by project, histograms, and tabular man-hour reports;
  4. To routinely perform complete or component analysis of projects, notifying the entire project team about abnormalities or variances, and reduce project lags by supporting internal teams on strategic data analysis;
  5. To actively participate in budgeting processes with area-wise unit cost data, ensuring timely preparation of quarterly forecasts and annual budgets, and performing monthly financial projections by analyzing consultant, employee, and subcontract labor for projects;
  6. To monitor, analyze, and validate project status, ensuring timely and accurate updating of project dashboards, highlighting issues early to stakeholders, and performing the role of ERP SAP Super User for assigned projects to optimize business process flows in Engineering & Construction;
  7. To collect, coordinate, monitor, and track cost data with contractors, vendors, and project team members to manage project forecasts, evaluate and track contract deliverables, spending, and invoicing, and manage Project Management databases (MS Access);
  8. To understand, practice, and lead organization's commitment by example to achieve incident-free safety, oversee and report performance and progress through analytical techniques to validate cost and performance, and control projects with earned value analysis using dashboards;
  9. To prepare dashboards and reports for monthly engagement portfolio reviews, aiding leadership and stakeholders with decisions to ensure successful implementation of projects;
  10. To act as a point of contact for budget holders, instrumental in support and central to enhancing budget holder understanding of reporting processes and their responsibilities, work in coordination with business analysts on project spending trends, variances, forecasts, etc., and carry out any other duties or tasks assigned by hierarchical superiors.
