We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead our consultancy team on a major leisure project in Qatar. This is a senior role that requires strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders at a high level.

About the Role

  1. We are looking for a degree-qualified professional with strong experience in the leisure sector, including parks, themed parks, and zoos.
  2. The successful candidate will have managed projects as a lead Project Director from inception to completion and have previous experience with a consultancy or project management company.
  3. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, with an excellent track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  4. We are looking for someone who is able to manage stakeholders at a senior level, communicate effectively with commercial departments and contractors, and work collaboratively as part of a high-profile consultancy team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage high-profile consultancy teams on major leisure projects in Qatar.
  • Liaise with commercial departments and various contractors and design consultancies.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Manage stakeholders at a senior level, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain a stable track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • Degree qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • Strong project experience in the leisure sector, including parks, themed parks, and zoos.
