Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-wide architecture solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement enterprise-wide architecture solutions that align with our business strategy and objectives.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects from other LOBs to identify synergies in solutions and adopt common tools and technologies across the organization.
  • Contribute to the development of architecture governance structures, methodologies, and compliance activities.
  • Deliver artefacts, including Technical and Solution Architecture, and contribute to and review Functional and Non-functional requirements, Interface specifications, and high-level design documents.
  • Oversee development, review artefacts of projects across LOB/scrum teams to ensure consistency with design and architecture guidelines.
  • Drive communication plans to educate stakeholders on the purpose and benefits of enterprise architecture.
  • Plan and execute proof of concepts to demonstrate feasibility of ideas, complex solutions, and cutting-edge technologies.
  • Drive innovation to ensure solutions drive value to the business and customers.
  • Liaise with external 3rd party suppliers and internal departments/IT teams to collaborate and design and implement robust solutions and interfaces between applications.
  • Ensure system designs are manageable, maintainable, scalable, resilient, sustainable, cost-effective while addressing business requirements.
  • Responsible for ensuring all application Non-Functional Requirements are met, ensure thorough testing of NFRs, and ensure corrective/preventive actions.
  • Lead the review and NFR sign-off prior to production release.
  • Responsible for correctly applying across programs/projects and products the relevant technical strategies, policies, standards, and practices.
  • Lead root cause analysis of reported critical incidents in operational production systems and recommend/ensure implementation of effective preventive actions to avoid repetition.

About You

  • Bachelor Degree with minimum 6 years of experience OR Diploma with minimum 7 years of job-related experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience as Lead Architect for large work programs.
  • Very strong hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies like Azure, AKS, C#, Winforms, WCF, WPF, IIS, Web API, .Net Core.
  • Strong understanding of application architecture, identification of NFR, SRE.
  • Good experience in operational excellence SRE, DevOps Maturity, and FSO (Full stack observability).
  • Good understanding of Mobile and Web Technologies.
  • Experience in migration of large monolith architecture to cloud-ready architecture.
  • Experience in DevOps, DevSecOps methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Expertise in area(s) of Solution Architecture, Enterprise Integration patterns, and software design and development.
  • Expertise in Product and Solution Design of Large-scale applications.
  • Domain expertise on Airport Domain would be added advantage.
  • Expertise in Large and Critical System Product Production Support and Problem Solving.
  • Ability to recognize industry technology trends and emerging technologies, understands how they apply to different units in QR.
  • Must have good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
  • Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
