Role Overview

The Workforce Engagement Manager will be responsible for supporting the provision of communication and engagement programs to drive camp resident compliance with camp rules and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in camp administration, reporting, and communication. A Bachelor's degree in Humanities or Business, or equivalent experience, is essential.

The successful candidate will have minimum 10 years' experience in management, operations, and maintenance of industrial workers camps. Direct experience in camp administration and reporting is required.

  • Assess and steward the Contractors' reporting, investigation, and resolution of camp HACCP & SHES incidents.
  • Attend Camp Welfare Committee Meetings, Camp Food Committee Meetings, and other external Camp related meetings.
