This position is part of our Production Excellence initiative, which aims to improve operational performance and HSE culture within our Technician teams offshore. Your main duties will be to promote and control the rigorous application of Golden Rules in all activities, provide basic knowledge necessary to work within ALS FIELD, and confirm acceptance levels are met.

Duties and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  1. Achieving exemplary behavior with regard to HSEQ rules & requirements, Company Ethics, and 'Code of Conduct' policy.
  2. Completing base assessments of competency, launching training, and delivering continuous improvement.
  3. Promoting HSE culture within the Technician team offshore and supporting Base Ops Supervisory delivery.
  4. Proposing relevant training actions to improve individual/group efficiency or HSE awareness of operations.
  5. Reporting regularly to the site management team (OIM & OTL) on progress, proposals, and difficulties faced during execution.
  6. Assessing training needs, identifying gaps, proposing, and organizing additional on-site training when required.
  7. Managing training documentation and providing copies of assessment to the site management team (OIM & OTL).
  8. Proposing and developing new modules as necessary based on modifications to facilities.
