Performance KPI Specialist Job Description

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct thorough research to identify and recommend key performance indicators (KPIs) that enhance performance management and monitoring.

* Collaborate with departments and business units to understand business requirements, define, and document performance goals, KPIs, and metrics.

* Develop and maintain internal and management-focused KPI status reporting templates for objectives and KPIs setting.

* Organize and deliver workshops and training sessions to explain the performance management framework setup.

* Analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing KPIs, develop strategies to enhance their quality, and implement improvements.
