About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Superintendent to join our team at Brunel Qatar. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems across our extensive portfolio of buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • MEP Systems Expertise: You will have a deep understanding of Ashrae and CIBSE standards and guidelines, with experience in the design, installation, and testing of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Project Coordination: You will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and end-users, to ensure seamless project delivery and minimal disruption to our operations.
  • System Maintenance: You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of MEP systems, including refrigerant piping, electrical distribution, and HVAC controls.
  • Completions Database Management: You will have experience with completions databases and system completions processes, ensuring that all projects are accurately documented and tracked.
  • Electrical and Mechanical Expertise: You will have a solid electrical background, including experience with cable containment, switchgear, cabling, dressing, earthing systems, UPS, DC power systems, and testing and termination works.
  • HVAC and Refrigerant Installation: You will have experience with refrigerant pipe installation, design review, brazing, testing, freon leak testing, and accessories installation.
  • Coordination and Communication: You will be responsible for coordinating with various teams, including electrical, mechanical, and facilities management, to ensure that all MEP systems are properly installed, maintained, and operated.
Requirements
  • Experience: You will have a minimum of [X] years of experience in MEP systems installation, maintenance, and project coordination.
  • Qualifications: You will hold a relevant degree in a field such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Skills: You will have excellent communication and project coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
