The Medical Liaison Officer is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with local medical facilities and providing support to patients. This role requires strong organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating patient care at local medical facilities">
  • Communicating with local medical facility leadership and staff">
  • Supporting patients at assigned medical facilities">
  • Reporting changes in patient conditions">
  • Coordinating travel requirements for patients">
  • Coordinating admissions and patient movement">
  • Providing education and support to patients">
  • Cross-training within the Case Management Team and Billing/Coding teams">
  • Participating in an on-call rotation schedule">

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of three years of nursing experience">
  • Experience working in a clinic setting (urgent care, emergency room, etc.)">
  • Current and unrestricted registered nurse license from home country of record">
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent">
