Job Description:

As a Market Research Analyst at lxbfYeaa, you will be responsible for managing client servicing teams, ensuring prompt delivery of service to clients and achieving set financial objectives. You will also be adept in independently handling all stages of a Customized Market Research Project, including responding to RFPs, project launch, questionnaire design, presentation preparation and sharing insights with clients.

You will work closely with senior management to maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date client business profiles and drive client satisfaction by providing actionable recommendations during presentations or business reviews. Additionally, you will undertake sales activities independently or in conjunction with senior staff, preparing and delivering proposals and credentials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client servicing teams to ensure prompt delivery of service to clients
  • Adeptly handle all stages of a Customized Market Research Project
  • Maintain accurate client business profiles
  • Drive client satisfaction through actionable recommendations
  • Undertake sales activities independently or in conjunction with senior staff

Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate or MBA from a well-known institute
  • At least 5 years' experience in Quantitative Consumer Insights role
  • Strong Client Focus and Proactiveness
  • Working knowledge of statistics and multivariate analysis
  • Working knowledge of research techniques and methodologies
