Watch Sales Executive | Retail | DOMASCO | Qatar

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert knowledge of our watch products to customers, highlighting their features and benefits.

Store Maintenance:

  • Maintain a visually appealing store display, showcasing our watch products in an attractive and organized manner.
  • Ensure that the store is clean and well-maintained, meeting the highest standards of retail excellence.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is replenished as needed to meet customer demand.
  • Assist in the processing of sales and returns, maintaining accurate records and resolving any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-4 years of experience in the watch industry, with a proven track record of sales success.

Skills and Qualities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
