About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Environmental Management professional to join our team at MatchaTalent. This role is part of our Upstream Operational Excellence and Compliance department, responsible for overseeing environmental and sustainability matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
- Track and analyze environmental performance metrics, including greenhouse gas emissions, water conservation, and energy efficiency.
- Identify gaps in environmental management systems and propose mitigation measures to improve performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement environmental policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to environmental coordinators within the organization.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance environmental performance and optimize processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or Chemical Engineering.
- At least 15 years of experience in Environmental Management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
