Lead Architectural Design Team

The Head of Architectural Section will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and planning for our high-end projects. This role requires a visionary leader who can inspire and manage a team of architects while ensuring the highest standards of design excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the architectural design team, providing guidance, mentorship, and supervision.
  • Develop and implement architectural design strategies aligned with client requirements and project goals.
  • Oversee the creation of conceptual designs, schematic drawings, and detailed architectural plans.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, municipality requirements and sustainability standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments (structural, MEP, interior design) to ensure integrated project delivery.
  • Manage client relationships and present design concepts to stakeholders.
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Stay current with architectural trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain design excellence across all projects.
  • Contribute to business development efforts and proposal preparations.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in architecture engineering
  • Architecture engineering qualification
  • Up to 18,000 QR salary
