About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Qatar Airways Group. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our beach club venues, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of beach club operations, ensuring that all working methods are reviewed and implemented with best practices.
  • Provide positive, professional, and personalized service to guests, exceeding customer expectations by proactively engaging with them to promote existing and upcoming products.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant hygiene and safety standards, constantly reviewing the service offering to maintain key quality standards.
  • Monitor and control the maintenance and sanitation of allocated outlet areas and equipment, protecting assets and complying with regulations.
  • Work closely with the Assistant Outlet Manager and Captains to ensure correct stock levels are available from the Purchasing Department to assist operational Food and Beverage with inventory-based items.
  • Recommend and support the implementation of product development strategies based on guest feedback and observe customer trends, demands, and manage issues and complaints with utmost professionalism and mindfulness.
  • Attend daily briefings and contribute to enabling open communication within the team and management.
  • Regularly evaluate the department or team's objectives, plans, procedures, and practices, making appropriate changes if needed with management approval.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to work in outdoor large beach-venue conditions.
  • Excellent people and customer experience skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication in English.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment.
  • Positive attitude towards challenges with strong problem-solving skills.
