Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal controls. This includes preparing the Monthly Management of Accounts, ensuring appropriate reporting in SAP FC as per Holcim finance standards (HARP), and managing proper postings into general ledger/sub-ledgers following HARP guidelines.

Responsibilities

  1. Prepare required financial information and documentation for audits, both internal and external.
  2. Prepare final financial statements during the month-end and year-end closings for reporting to the Group.
  3. Oversee and manage suppliers and customers bank guarantees.
  4. Work with the Head of Finance/CFO on the preparation of CAPEX proposals.
  5. Monitor monthly OPEX variations.
  6. Ensure compliance with internal controls.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Certified Chartered Accountant certification is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the finance and accounts department is necessary. Fluency in English language and proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft, etc.) are essential. ERP System knowledge is also required.
