Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager to lead our onshore EPC projects. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction, guidance, and leadership to our project teams to ensure compliance with all project and regulatory HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective HSE strategies and plans to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  2. Provide oversight and guidance to contractors and project teams to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and standards.
  3. Manage a team of HSE specialists to ensure effective implementation of HSE policies and procedures.
  4. Identify and mitigate HSE risks through regular audits and inspections.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of ten years' relevant industry HSE experience, preferably in onshore EPC projects.
  2. Proven track record of leading HSE teams and implementing effective HSE strategies.
  3. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
  4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
