About the Role

Tanqeeb is seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduler and Reporting Specialist to join our team in Qatar. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for scheduling, planning, and reporting exercises for our major Oil & Gas clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist the EPC-1 Head Planner in scheduling, planning, and reporting exercises, including the creation and maintenance of various reports and dashboards.
  2. Review Contractor's Level 3 and Level 4 schedules to understand changes in activity sequence and the shifting of key milestones and critical path.
  3. Update and sync EPC-1 Level 1 Schedule with Contractor's Level 3 and Level 4 schedules.
  4. Review and extract relevant information from Contractor's reports, analyze Contractor's progress on engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  5. Develop and maintain a good database of EPC-1 progress that enables easy creation and automatic update of various progress tables and charts for analysis and reporting purposes.
  6. Maintain a good record of Contractor's progress S-curves by phase, discipline, and Subcontractor.
  7. Track and maintain a good record of quantity evolution of construction commodities.
  8. Expedite any missing information related to progress and schedule from Contractor.
  9. Coordinate with other divisions of EPC-1 PMT to establish links between databases to share and sync progress information.
  10. Coordinate with NFXP Onshore Shared Resources Business Team for preparation of various reports at NFXP Onshore level and work in synergy to avoid unnecessary duplications.
  11. Organize internal schedule reviews, presentations, and workshops.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of eight years of experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably in LNG industry.
  2. Excellent scheduling skill with Primavera and Microsoft Project.
  3. Conversant with office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  4. Familiar with project information management tools like Prodom, Documentum, PIMS, and reporting tools like Power BI.
