Job Details:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hairstylist to join our team at Madi International. As a Hairstylist, you will be responsible for delivering expert hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, delivering tailored solutions that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments.
  2. Provide excellent customer service, interacting with clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  3. Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and techniques.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  5. Recommend and use appropriate products to care for and maintain hair health.
  6. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  7. Assist with salon promotions and initiatives to grow the business.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Hairstylist or in a similar role in a salon environment.
  2. Expertise in hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
  3. Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with clients professionally.
  4. Knowledge of hair treatments, including keratin and conditioning treatments.
  5. Ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  6. A positive, professional attitude and excellent communication skills.
  7. Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  8. Must be female.
