Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and friendly Guest Services Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service to our guests during their stay. As a Customer Service Representative for our hotel, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring they have an enjoyable and memorable experience with us.
Your primary responsibility will be to greet and welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will be responsible for handling check-ins and checkouts, answering guest inquiries about hotel services and facilities, and providing information on local attractions and activities.
In addition to your front desk duties, you will also be required to perform administrative tasks such as logging and delivering packages, mail, and messages to guests and meeting rooms. You will need to review the Front Office log and Trace File daily to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of guest interactions.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
