Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out, room assignments, and key card management.
  • Process payments and handle guest complaints in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role in a high-end hotel or spa environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an asset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with hotel management systems and software.
  • Knowledge of spa operations and services.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
