About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team at الحزم. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Comprehensive Social Media Strategies: Create and implement tailored social media strategies for luxury fashion, food & beverage, and automobile markets.
  • Competitive Landscape Analysis: Analyze the competitive landscape and identify opportunities to differentiate our brand.
  • Set Clear Objectives and KPIs: Set clear objectives and KPIs for each campaign to track success and optimize performance.
Content Creation & Curation
  • Create High-Quality Content: Create high-quality, engaging content that aligns with brand aesthetics and appeals to target audiences across all social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Team: Collaborate with the creative team to produce visual content, including photos, videos, and graphics, that reflect the luxury lifestyle.
  • Curate User-Generated Content: Curate user-generated content and partner with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and engagement.
Community Management
  • Engage with Followers: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster a positive online community.
  • Monitor Brand Mentions: Monitor brand mentions and conversations to manage reputation and address customer inquiries or issues.
  • Build Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and stakeholders within the luxury fashion, food & beverage, and automobile communities.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and Analyze Metrics: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and inform future strategies.
  • Prepare Regular Reports: Prepare regular reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Utilize Analytics Tools: Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and other analytics tools to refine content strategies.
Paid Social Advertising
  • Plan and Execute Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive targeted traffic, increase engagement, and achieve business goals.
  • Manage Budgets: Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Trend Analysis & Adaptation
  • Stay Updated on Trends: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry news, particularly within luxury markets.
  • Suggest New Tactics: Proactively suggest new tactics, content ideas, and emerging platforms to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, PR, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with External Partners: Collaborate with external partners, including influencers, agencies, and photographers, to enhance social media presence.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, specifically in luxury fashion retail, food & beverage, and automobile industries.
  • Strong Understanding: Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent Copywriting Skills: Excellent copywriting and content creation skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Proficiency in Tools: Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Creative Thinker: Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing trends.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
