Housekeeping Associate

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our housekeeping team as a Housekeeping Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional service.
• Restock and maintain housekeeping carts with supplies and linens.
• Enter guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring all amenities and supplies are replenished.
• Replace dirty linens and terry with clean items, making beds and folding terry to hotel standards.
• Clean bathrooms, removing trash and dirty linen, and ensuring all appliances are in working order.
• Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming and dusting, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Follow all company and safety policies, reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs.

Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and in excess of 25 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related equipment over sloping and uneven surfaces.
• Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for an extended period across an entire work shift.
• Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
